Throughout the design and consent application phases, we'll guide you through a seamless step-by-step process, facilitating communication among a range of professionals, including architects, planners, surveyors, civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, structural engineers, fire engineers, and more.
Our role involves acting as a liaison between you and these experts, ensuring a cohesive collaboration. We'll meticulously review the design and expertly manage the consent application process.An essential tip to keep in mind: When we're engaged in the design phase, we often identify and address significant construction-related issues early on.

Quotation
Our quotation process is structured around the design drawings for Engineering Plan Approval (EPA) and Building Consent (BC). To provide you with accurate pricing, our team conducts a thorough quantity take-off and measurement, a task typically completed within 1-2 weeks, contingent upon the project's complexity.
Our quotations typically remain valid for a duration of 3 months, though this may be subject to adjustment based on the actual commencement dates of the work.
For the contractual framework, we utilize the Registered Master Builders Association (RMBA) fixed-price residential building contract. In most cases, we adhere to the standard stage payment schedule outlined by RMBA.
Please rest assured that no additional costs through variation works will be incurred without your explicit confirmation. Your satisfaction and financial transparency are our priorities.

Construction
We establish a direct communication channel to facilitate daily updates and routine progress reporting throughout your project's lifecycle.For a subdivision project, the expected timeframe falls within the range of 10 to 16 months, while a new build project typically spans 5 to 9 months.
Our project team is committed to adhering to the master program baseline specifically tailored to your project, ensuring efficient execution.Our robust quality assurance system is consistently applied to uphold stringent quality standards.
We conduct regular reviews of subcontractor availability and monitor material availability to address potential challenges as they arise, ensuring a smooth project flow.

Handover
Upon successfully passing the final inspections, we will arrange a joint handover inspection with you to review the completed dwelling(s).
Any minor defects identified during this inspection will be promptly addressed, with rectification and final touch-up work carried out in accordance with your instructions.
Once you are satisfied with the dwelling conditions, we will officially hand over the completed dwelling(s) to you.
Rest assured, your dwellings will benefit from the security of a 10-Year Master Build Guarantee, offering you peace of mind.
A friendly reminder: When the time comes to sell your property, don't forget to transfer the guarantee to the new owner to maintain its value and benefits.
