Site Manager
Role Overview:
As a Site Manager at Great Land Construction, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost targets are met. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor site progress, and maintain our high standards of professionalism and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to plans

Manage subcontractors and on-site teams

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality

Enforce safety protocols and site compliance

Report project progress to senior management
Ideal Candidate:

Recent graduate or early-career professional in construction management

Strong organizational and communication skills

Fluent in English, with proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin to liaise effectively with teams and subcontractors

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach

Passionate about delivering high-quality construction
Quantity Surveyor
Role Overview:
Our QS team ensures every project is delivered within budget while maintaining quality standards. You will prepare estimates, monitor costs, and provide accurate financial reporting for live projects across Auckland.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with site teams to control costs

PLACEMENT Programme
